What you'll do
- Design, develop, and deploy job posting pages.
- Implement and optimize the application submission flow.
- Build and maintain scoring mechanisms for applicant evaluation.
- Collaborate with a small team to define product features and roadmap.
- Take full ownership of the applicant experience from concept to deployment.
Who you are
- Proven experience as a Product Engineer or similar role.
- Strong product taste and a user-centric mindset.
- Proficient in TypeScript.
- Comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of product features and user experience.
- Ability to thrive in a small team environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue).
- Familiarity with backend API design and integration.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles.
