Honrly is hiring software run by Honrly Inc.. By using the site, a workspace, a job post, or an assessment, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

The product

Workspace admins post roles, invite candidates, review applications and assessments, and send offers. Candidates apply and complete written or video assessments. We host the software; we do not hire for you or guarantee an interview.

Accounts

Keep credentials to yourself. Hiring teams are responsible for who they invite and for the questions they publish. If you belong to more than one company, you choose which workspace to open.

Hiring data

The company that posts a role is responsible for how candidate data is used, for telling people why they were invited, and for any employment decision. Candidates agree that applications, resumes, answers, recordings, and signatures may be reviewed by that hiring team. Do not submit other people’s personal data unless you have the right to do so.

Acceptable use

Do not probe the product for weaknesses, scrape other people’s applications, impersonate a recruiter, or use a role to collect data you have no lawful basis for. We may suspend a workspace or candidate that puts the service or other people at risk.

Our role as processor

For hiring content, Honrly Inc. processes personal data on documented instructions from the workspace (the controller): host it, show it to authorized teammates, generate scores or summaries when those tools are on, and delete it when the role is deleted or a verified request says to. Availability and liability

We aim to keep applications and assessments up during hiring. We do not warrant uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, Honrly Inc. is not liable for lost applications, lost media, or hiring decisions made from scores. Some places do not allow these limits; they apply only as far as they can.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a posted change is acceptance. If a change is material, we will note the new effective date on this page.
