01
Built for the generative-AI era of cheating
Traditional proctoring was designed for browser lockdowns, tab switches, and webcam glances. That model assumed cheating looked like a second person in the room or a phone under the desk. Modern candidates use overlay tools, second devices, AI copilots, and stealth interview assistants that never look like classic misconduct. Honrly focuses on the integrity signals that matter when generative AI can draft answers in real time-so your hiring funnel measures authentic candidate ability, not who has the best hidden assistant.
- Surface suspicious apps, overlays, and assistance patterns during assessments and interviews
- Distinguish possible assistance from proven misconduct so reviewers are not forced into binary guesswork
- Keep a reviewable integrity timeline instead of a single opaque risk number
- Support both high-volume async assessments and high-stakes live interviews
02
What we measure-and what we do not
Honrly scores and flags integrity signals related to the session: assistance patterns, anomalous behavior, and evidence that a response may not be the candidate’s own work. We do not score personality from facial expressions, accents, or appearance. Employment decisions stay with your hiring team. That boundary is intentional-integrity should protect fairness, not invent new forms of biased judgment.
- No facial-expression personality scoring
- No accent-based or appearance-based scoring
- Human review controls and exportable evidence context
- Clear separation between integrity observations and hiring decisions
03
Works with assessments and interviews
Use Honrly across coding assessments, structured interviews, certification exams, and verified behavioral assessments-so integrity is consistent wherever trust matters. Teams often start with one high-stakes workflow, then expand once operators trust the evidence model. The goal is a shared integrity posture across the funnel, not a one-off tool bolted onto a single recruiter’s process.
- Verified behavioral assessments with authenticity checks on open-ended responses
- Technical and skills assessments where AI copilots can inflate scores
- Live and recorded interviews where stealth assistants are increasingly common
- Certification and credentialing programs that need defensible session records
04
From signal to operator workflow
Detection only helps if someone can act on it. Honrly is designed for operators who need to intervene live, flag a session for later review, or document why a candidate was asked to retest. Integrity products fail when they dump alerts without context. Ours ties signals to session timelines so recruiters, assessment admins, and compliance stakeholders can share the same record.
- Live visibility for high-stakes sessions when operators need to intervene
- Async review queues for volume hiring where every session cannot be watched live
- Structured notes so overrides and retest decisions are auditable
