Security begins with clear answers to the questions you actually have.
How we talk about this
01

Separation

Applications, assessments, and offers stay within the company they belong to. Subdomains and workspaces are scoped with care.

02

Access

People who hire receive the access they need. Viewers see what helps them contribute. Sessions are authenticated, and public assessment links are meant for the invited candidate.

03

Privacy

We do not sell candidate data. Honrly is the processor for applications a company collects; that company is the controller. GDPR and CCPA requests can be made from the Privacy Policy.

04

What to ask us

If you need a security review, please write to hello@honrly.com. We are glad to complete a real questionnaire and answer your questions with care.

05

What we are glad to confirm with you

Certifications, hosting, and paperwork are best shared directly. If you need SOC materials, please ask. If we have them, we will send them promptly. If something is still in progress, we will tell you that with the same care.

Principles
